As the holder of this position, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient technical support to all users within the Humanise collective (250 users), in our Toronto and Montreal offices and ensuring proper management of IT equipment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for users, both on-site and remote
  • Audiovisual support for users
  • Configuration of workstations
  • Proper management of network equipment and servers
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the Macintosh computer fleet
  • Applying security policies to ensure the proper operation of technologies within the agency
  • Performing any other relevant related tasks for this position

Requirements

  • College degree in IT or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Macintosh, iOS and Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Google Enterprise and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge with video conferencing tools like Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet
  • Strong proficiency in English and some french (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge with Google Shared Drives and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure ID
  • Good knowledge of networking
