Job description
As a Performance Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for shaping and executing major, effective advertising campaigns. Your role will involve identifying and reaching target audiences, uncovering relevant insights, and evaluating campaign success for our clients. Overall, you will ensure the maintenance of strong day-to-day client relationships. You will also be responsible for the daily supervision and coaching of a team to ensure the smooth operation of their various campaigns. As a manager at Glassroom, you will also participate in developing and implementing best practices and processes within the team.
Your Responsibilities (What you'll do day-to-day)
Client Account Management:
Lead day-to-day client relationships by positioning yourself as a reliable and highly responsive partner for all their projects.
Take full responsibility for budget reporting, the invoicing process, and time management reports (on a monthly basis).
Media Strategy and Planning:
Collect and analyze market data to gather relevant insights.
Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
Determine the best media mix for our campaigns.
Optimize advertising campaigns based on geographic exposure, frequency, duration, etc.
Allocate budgets and monitor costs.
Track trends in online and offline media (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs).
Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns.
Team Supervision:
Support team members in their duties and professional growth.
Contribute to the continuous training of the strategy team.
Manage daily team workloads (facilitating weekly status meetings, touchbases with team members).
Improve team workflows to generate more added value for our strategic expertise.
Your Assets (What you bring)
Education or equivalent experience: University or college degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Professional experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in planning across all national media channels.
Supervisory experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in team supervision is an asset.
Planning expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Vividata, Comscore, Nlogic, etc.
Platform experience: Good understanding of programmatic advertising, paid social, and/or PPC/SEM (Google Ads, META, DV360, or equivalent).
Analytical skills: Excellent mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset.
Communication: Excellent skills in French, both written and oral (English bilingualism is an asset).
