Account Supervisor
BBR is a fiercely independent, strategic creative agency that’s built on and fuelled by our own unique brand of bravery and a collaborative approach. BBR operates in both Montreal and Toronto, though this role is Toronto based.
BBR is part of the Humanise Collective which consists of eight distinct businesses across multiple disciplines within the marketing communications field providing access to complementary knowledge, skillsets and opportunities.

In this role, you will contribute to the agency’s success by ensuring that your accounts run smoothly by supporting your clients and team. You should be naturally proactive, solution-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and radiate positive energy.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Establish effective and professional relationships with clients
- Help draft briefs with Strategist and Account Director and brief the teams involved
- Provide complete project management (from planning to delivery)
- Manage the creative and production teams assigned to a project
- Ensure strict budget and timeline management
- Contribute to the development of clients’ strategic orientations by ensuring all materials are on strategy and meet client and agency objectives
- Assess and solve problems that occur during a project
- Attend meetings and take part in client presentations
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with internal teams and media partners
- Perform any other tasks related to this position
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in a creative advertising agency
- Experience in 360 Campaign channels (including broadcast, digital, social, radio, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Degree in marketing or communications or any other related sector (asset)
Qualifications
- Passionate about the marketing communications industry
- Independent and resourceful, with strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Good analytical and reflective skills
- At ease working with external partners
- Adept at managing multiple projects at the same time
- Able to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
- Comfortable expressing yourself, both in speaking and writing
